Hi, I’m Kim.

The Woman behind The Equinox Method.

Transformational coach through lived experience, I've stood where many of my clients are standing. I've questioned everything, rebuilt my life and I know how difficult and how rewarding, that process can be.

I help ambitious professionals who feel disconnected, stuck or uncertain about what’s next to reconnect with themselves, gain clarity and create a life that feels aligned with who they truly are because I’ve been there.

For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to take.

I went to university, built a successful corporate career, completed a Master’s degree, bought the property, climbed the ladder and achieved many of the things I believed would make me happy.

From the outside, everything looked right but inside, something felt missing.

I felt disconnected from myself, repeatedly reached points of burnout and questioned why achieving everything I had worked towards still didn’t feel like enough.

In 2021, losing my dad unexpectedly became a profound turning point. It reminded me that life is precious and that waiting for the “right time” to make changes comes with a cost.

But change doesn’t happen overnight.

I continued down the path I knew, achieving more externally while still questioning whether the life I had built was truly the life I wanted.

Eventually, I made the decision to step away from the identity and career I had spent years creating and begin building something that felt more authentic to who I was.

In October 2025, I chose to leave behind the version of success I thought I needed and started creating a life based on my own values, purpose and direction.

It wasn’t always easy, I questioned myself, I made mistakes and I faced a lot of uncertainty.

But through that process, I discovered something important:

We don’t need to become someone else.

We need the space, support and clarity to reconnect with who we already are.

My Journey

My career taught me a lot about leadership, resilience and navigating change.

For more than 15 years, I worked across the construction and engineering industries, leading complex programmes and projects worth up to £255 million.

I worked with multidisciplinary teams, senior stakeholders, in highly regulated environments, developing a deep understanding of communication, decision-making, problem-solving and what it takes to successfully navigate change.

But the biggest transformation I experienced wasn’t professional. It was personal.

Turning insight into action and creating lasting, sustainable change because creating a life that feels balanced isn't about changing who you are.

It's about returning to yourself, your purpose and direction.

Why The Equinox Method exists

The Equinox Method was born from my own experience of questioning the life I had built and choosing to create one that felt more aligned.

I realised that many people don’t need someone to tell them what their life should look like.

They need the space to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves.

They need the right questions, honest conversations and support to understand what truly matters to them and the confidence to take the next step.

My approach isn’t about giving you all the answers.

It’s about helping you uncover your own.

Through my own experiences of career change, burnout, grief and rebuilding, combined with my professional background leading complex change, I understand what it feels like to stand at a crossroads and wonder:

“Is this really the life I want?”

Today, I support people navigating their own turning points - whether that’s a career change, a major life transition, questions around purpose and direction, or simply the feeling that something needs to shift.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You just need the willingness to take the first step.
